Ant Control

Odorous house ants, pavement ants, and carpenter ants each get treated differently, so we identify the ant before anything is applied. Trails inside almost always lead to a colony outside — under a slab, in mulch against the foundation, in a rotted deck ledger or a tree stump. We treat the trail with non-repellent products the workers carry back, bait interior activity, and run a perimeter band at the ground-to-siding line.

Ant calls in Silver Spring climb from April through June as spring rains saturate the clay soil and colonies push indoors; booking two to three weeks ahead for spring perimeter service is the difference between a scheduled visit and a kitchen counter full of trails.
